Year 11 science Heart and Lung Dissection
Today our Year 11 Science students focused on the structure and function of the respiratory and circulatory system.
The Students were observing each structure and relating that to the function that it serves.
They also looked at surface area to volume ratio and related this to diffusion of oxygen into the lungs.
In Science we make observations to make inferences about the world around us. This lesson was about making observations and inferences about the sheep pluck and relating this to our bodies.
