It is my great pleasure to introduce you to Xavier College Llandilo.
We are proud of the fine reputation we have established since our inception in 1999. We pride ourselves on a broad and balanced curriculum, a wide variety of co-curricular activities, and very successful sporting and cultural programs. Most importantly, we believe that we provide our students with a learning community of excellence and care, in which they are encouraged to excel and achieve their personal best in whatever field they choose. We are a relational school.
A special opportunity exists at Xavier College to instil in our students a unique attitude, and way of thinking and behaving. Our students’ behaviour is measured against the College motto: ‘For the Greater Good’. We challenge our students to ask themselves how their actions affect others: are they based on the wellbeing of others in the community?
Our hope is that our students will become more loving in their relationships with others, more courageous when faced with making choices in life, and more serving in their lifestyle, as was our patron, St Francis Xavier.
